Four commitments behind every treatment plan

Compassionate

Fertility care is emotional before it is medical. Every consultation is private, patient and free of judgement.

Personalized

No two couples share the same diagnosis. Protocols are built around your body, age, history and priorities.

Evidence-Based

Only treatments supported by current international evidence — nothing added to a plan to inflate it.

Empowering

You are told what we know, what we don't, and what each option realistically offers, so decisions stay yours.

Dr. Srishty Choudhary

MBBS, DNB Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MCh Reproductive Medicine & Surgery

Reproductive Medicine & IVF Specialist

Dr. Srishty Choudhary is a Reproductive Medicine & IVF Specialist and the founder of De Nest Fertility & IVF, Faridabad. After MBBS at PGIMS Rohtak and full specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DNB) at St. Stephen's Hospital, Delhi, she completed an MCh in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery at MGMC&H, Jaipur — a dedicated superspecialty qualification in infertility, IVF and reproductive surgery.

Her training covers both halves of fertility care: the ART side — transvaginal oocyte retrieval, controlled ovarian stimulation protocols, cycle monitoring, IUI and embryo transfer, working hand-in-hand with the embryology team — and the surgical side, with diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, endometriosis, fibroids and high-risk obstetric experience from her years in busy Delhi and Faridabad hospitals.

She is academically active, with a DNB thesis recognised for outstanding research, a Best Paper award at Narchicon 2025 for her study on psychological distress in ART patients and a Best Poster at Ferticon 2025 — an evidence-first outlook she brings straight into the consulting room. Nothing is added to a treatment plan unless the evidence supports it.

Questions couples ask

Before your first visit

When should we see a fertility specialist?

After twelve months of trying without conception — or after six months if the female partner is over 35, or sooner if there is a known issue such as irregular cycles, endometriosis, PCOS, previous pelvic surgery or an abnormal semen report.

Is IVF the only treatment you offer?

No. Many couples conceive with ovulation induction, timed cycles, IUI or corrective surgery. IVF is recommended only when it is genuinely the most appropriate route for your diagnosis.

How long does one IVF cycle take?

A typical cycle runs about four to six weeks from the start of stimulation to the pregnancy test, with five to seven clinic visits for monitoring.

Will treatment be painful?

Injections are fine-needle and self-administered at home. Egg retrieval is done under short anaesthesia, and most patients return home the same day.
