Dr. Srishty Choudhary

Reproductive Medicine & IVF Specialist

Dr. Srishty Choudhary is a Reproductive Medicine & IVF Specialist and the founder of De Nest Fertility & IVF, Faridabad. After MBBS at PGIMS Rohtak and full specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DNB) at St. Stephen's Hospital, Delhi, she completed an MCh in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery at MGMC&H, Jaipur — a dedicated superspecialty qualification in infertility, IVF and reproductive surgery.

Her training covers both halves of fertility care: the ART side — transvaginal oocyte retrieval, controlled ovarian stimulation protocols, cycle monitoring, IUI and embryo transfer, working hand-in-hand with the embryology team — and the surgical side, with diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, endometriosis, fibroids and high-risk obstetric experience from her years in busy Delhi and Faridabad hospitals.

She is academically active, with a DNB thesis recognised for outstanding research, a Best Paper award at Narchicon 2025 for her study on psychological distress in ART patients and a Best Poster at Ferticon 2025 — an evidence-first outlook she brings straight into the consulting room. Nothing is added to a treatment plan unless the evidence supports it.

  • MCh superspecialist in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery
  • IVF, ICSI, IUI & frozen embryo transfer
  • Transvaginal oocyte retrieval & stimulation protocols
  • Diagnostic hysteroscopy & laparoscopy
  • PCOS, endometriosis & reproductive endocrinology
  • High-risk pregnancy & obstetric care

To provide compassionate, personalized and evidence-based care, empowering every individual and couple on their journey to parenthood.

De Nest Fertility & IVF was founded on a simple observation: most couples arriving for fertility care have already been through several opinions, several tests and very little explanation. The practice was built to change that — a clinic where the specialist who examines you is the same one who counsels you, operates on you and performs your embryo transfer.

As a woman doctor caring largely for women and couples, consultations are unhurried and private. Nothing is added to your treatment plan for the sake of it — if a simpler route can work for you, that is the route we take first.

Philosophy of care

How we practise

Compassionate

Fertility care is emotional before it is medical. Every consultation is private, patient and free of judgement.

Personalized

No two couples share the same diagnosis. Protocols are built around your body, age, history and priorities.

Evidence-Based

Only treatments supported by current international evidence — nothing added to a plan to inflate it.

Empowering

You are told what we know, what we don't, and what each option realistically offers, so decisions stay yours.
